RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are proud to offer you high quality products along with excellent delivery service. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unopened and unused item in its original condition within 14 days. More details on this below:
• All items must be returned unopened, in "brand new" condition and in the original packaging.
• All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• RMA must be requested within 2 days of delivery. Thereafter, all sales are final.
• The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
• We will charge a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend to use carrier that can track your package and buy insurance for the returned item.
We will not accept returns of any products in following cases:
• Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Any product that has been opened
• Any product that has broken manufacturer’s seal
• Any product that has damaged packaging
• Any product that is not in its original condition
